A/C installation & replacement
New condensers, coils, and full furnace + AC systems, sized with a proper load calculation instead of a rule-of-thumb guess. An oversized unit short-cycles and never dehumidifies right. I verify refrigerant charge, airflow, and temperature split before I sign off on the install.
Furnace installation & repair
80% and high-efficiency condensing furnace installs, sized and tuned for our altitude, where gas appliances lose capacity and combustion needs to be dialed in. Repairs cover ignition, blower, and control issues, and every service includes a heat exchanger and combustion safety check.
Ductless mini splits
Single-zone and multi-zone ductless heat pump systems for the rooms your ductwork can’t reach: upstairs bedrooms, garages, additions, and older homes on baseboard heat with no AC. Properly sized head units, clean line set runs, and inverter compressors that heat efficiently well below freezing.
Whole house fans
Sized by CFM to your home’s square footage and attic ventilation, a whole house fan exchanges the air in your home in minutes using Colorado’s cool evening temperatures. Done right, it can cut AC runtime dramatically through the summer. I confirm your attic has the net free vent area to handle the exhaust before recommending one.
Indoor air quality
Media filtration upgrades, humidifiers, and duct and vent corrections. Undersized or poorly routed venting hurts efficiency and can be a genuine safety issue. I diagnose static pressure and airflow problems, then fix the ductwork instead of masking the symptom.
Service & maintenance
Seasonal tune-ups with real measurements: refrigerant pressures, capacitor values, gas pressure, temperature rise, and amp draws, not just a visual once-over. And honest second opinions. If your problem is a $30 capacitor and not a failed motor, that’s what the diagnosis will say.
